ESL Instructor Position

Kaaj Education Organization is seeking a dedicated ESL Instructor to join our team in empowering girls in Afghanistan through education.

About Us

Kaaj is a non-profit organization that empowers young girls from Afghanistan to succeed in international higher education through language and digital literacy training, mentorship, and financial support.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of similar teaching experience

• English Language Proficiency Documentation:

TOEFL score > 100, or

IELTS score > 7, or

Duolingo score > 130

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have the technical and logistical ability to deliver classes virtually

• Must be residing in Afghanistan or neighboring countries

Employment Type: Independent contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive ESL curriculum tailored to the needs of our students

• Deliver engaging ESL classes using interactive teaching methods

• Create engaging learning materials and activities

• Assist students in preparing for English language proficiency tests, including Duolingo

• Manage and support our mentorship team to ensure holistic student development
