Free Duolingo Vouchers for Afghans – Round 6

The Rumi Organization for Research has officially launched the sixth round of its initiative to provide free Duolingo English Test vouchers to Afghan applicants. This effort is aimed at supporting Afghan girls and boys who require the English proficiency certificate for academic or professional purposes. The organization has stated that every eligible applicant will be considered, and the program is designed to be inclusive rather than competitive.

Eligibility and Criteria:

Support Materials Provided: To assist applicants in achieving high scores, Rumi Organization has developed and compiled a comprehensive set of preparation materials. Submit Your Application: Once you're ready and have a score of at least 130, submit your application. Be sure to follow the guidelines and send in your best score with your screenshot. The application deadline is June 30, 2025, so take your time to prepare thoroughly. For any questions reach out to this email voucher@rumi.af. Early or urgent requests for voucher issuance will not be accommodated. Applicants are advised to take adequate time to prepare and should avoid submitting incomplete or rushed applications.

Using AI tools to respond to the below inquiries, such as ChatGPT, automatically disqualifies you. Applications submitted using these tools will be automatically disqualified without exception. The organization has emphasized the importance of originality and cautions that use of AI-generated content can also negatively impact future university applications.

Screenshot Requirements

Each applicant must upload a full-screen screenshot of their Duolingo practice test result that meets the following conditions:

• The screenshot must be taken after May 15, 2025.
• The entire screen, including the date and time, must be visible.
• Cropped or incomplete screenshots will result in automatic rejection.

Minimum Score Requirement Applications will only be considered if the demo test score falls within one of the following intervals: 130-135, 130-140, 130-145, 130-150, 130-155, or 130-160.
