Software Engineer Intern

Kaaj Education Organization is seeking a dedicated Software Engineer Intern to join our team in empowering girls in Afghanistan through education.

About Us

Kaaj Education's mission is to empower girls in Afghanistan by providing them with necessary resources, digital education, language courses, mental health support, and One-to-One mentorship.

Role Requirements

1. Knowledge of Python programming

2. Experience with JavaScript and React

3. Understanding of REST API concepts

4. English language proficiency

5. Strong problem-solving skills

6. Currently pursuing or recently completed education in computer science or related field

7. Must be 18 years or older

8. Must be residing in Afghanistan or neighboring countries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the digital literacy classes for students

2. Assist the development team with Kaaj Education platforms

3. Contribute to coding projects under mentor guidance

4. Help test and debug applications

5. Learn and apply software development best practices

6. Document code and development processes

7. Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

8. Gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact
